Storaged means kept away, like when we're fetuses we're stored in our mother. We are also part of the "flux" of thoughts of our mother, part of her "mind". It could also relate to a revolution that has been stored to much in our minds (storaged) for too long and wants to get out and revolt. the song expresses a "struggle" between someone and his goal (this could either be a lover or a family who ws lost, etc.)....it could range from a soldier being there for others but not his family (as in the vietnamese war and WW2). Also, it could have something to do (like you said) the feeling of not being there for someone when they needed your help,...you failed them, you tried,...you couldn't make it,...now you're gone...but that person understands and even if they're gone you can see them through the stream of life\death (streamline) you can see them across the streamline...when the storm has passed, the waters are calm again,...well...that's just an idea. when Serj says : "we want peace without patriot missiles" he refers to non vilent forms of protest. (patriot missiles are a TYPE of missile like stinger missiles, heat seeking,etc.) as in isn't it ironic we want peace and we're sending off missiles to kill innocent bystanders (civilian targets are blown to bits) and kill our enemies. the US has lots to offer, so why should it be that the most powerful nation in the world needs to bomb other ppl to feel safe? the US is better than that, isn't it? the US's taxes go more to military oriented programs that nationwide help groups for hunger and poverty and who have turned to prostitution for ffeding their kids and themselves. (your ppl starving, turned to whores) now about "White right conservative might , Killers of Kennedy's with no fright!", this phrase jhas a LOT of history, starting with racism and Malcolm X, you see...Malcolm X said once that "the chickens have turned on the rooster) as in, he referred to white ppl who have dealt racism with violence now turn on themselves (another irony), i mean like if we're fighting a war and killing off our troops! and have not fear to that going on. "send your troops all down to boil", its useless to send more troops to die for a doomed cause that's going nowhere (like Vietnam) finally, "the armed rebellion" would be us i think, because we are the elite minority that is armed with knowledge, we are the ones who decide what really is going to happen in our future - soadfan

This one is still semi-unclear to me about who Serj is talking about. I believe the song is about a really bad date with his girlfriend in Paris (You can tell how bad it was when he yells "Fuck you for loving me").
